This is the official website for the Kansas City Chapter of
MUFON
Founded in 1969, the Mutual UFO Network, Inc. (MUFON) is a nonprofit
corporation dedicated, through its volunteers, to resolving the
scientific enigma known collectively as unidentified flying objects
(UFOs).
We have two publications. The monthly MUFON UFO
JOURNAL addresses all aspects of the subject. The International UFO
Symposium Proceedings offers a yearly in-depth analysis of the UFO
subject by world-renowned researchers. Each is available to MUFON
members and the public.
MUFON headquarters is located in Denver, Colorado. The
International Director (James Carrion), administrative staff, board of
directors, and an advisory board of consultants form the core of our
expertise. In North America, states and provinces have MUFON chapters to
investigate reported UFO events and conduct periodic meetings. Many of
these publish a newsletter and have their own website to further inform
their members and the general public.

Monthly meetings are open to
the public and anyone is welcome to attend. Come share your UFO sightings
and paranormal events with us. We discuss world and local events related
to UFO's and the paranormal,
show movies and have speakers talk about various topics. It is always
interesting!
Meetings are held at Unity
Church on the Plaza every other month at 6:30PM,
usually on the second Monday of the month.

Meeting Information Everyone is welcome to attend our monthly
meetings. No photography allowed.
To Report a Sighting
First, go to
www.mufon.com to report your sighting online. You may request that
your information be kept confidential if you wish. Then, your report will be
sent to the correct MUFON chapter for a field investigator to investigate.
We have several MUFON Field Investigators in this area.
